FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - LUXEMBOURG REGION (1 FTE)
As a Field Service Engineer you are the face of Scheidt & Bachmann and you are always in direct contact with our customers. You ensure customer satisfaction by quickly and professionally solving malfunctions in the parking systems, thus contributing to an optimal customer experience. Fault reports are scheduled and successfully handled by you in accordance with contractual agreements with the customer.
Even though you are on the road a lot and you mainly work independently, you are fully part of an enthusiastic service team that likes to share knowledge with each other.
You enjoy working outside daily and are full of enthusiasm to serve our customers in a friendly and professional manner. You like working with technology within and around parking systems and you want to stay informed about this complex matter. The combination of hardware and software appeals to you and you don't want to go home until the job is done.

You love to roll up your sleeves and thanks to your accuracy, quality awareness and decisiveness, you deliver perfect service every time. Also, because of your careful administration, your work behind the scenes is in perfect order. In addition, we expect you to have the following character traits/competences:
Analytical – detail-oriented – accurate – objective – critical – achievement-oriented – strong-willed – relationship-oriented – involved.
In addition to these 'soft skills', we also think it is important that you rely on good communication skills. You have sufficient command of the Dutch and French language, and if you also speak English and/or German you have an advantage!
We assume that you have knowledge of and affinity with technology. A completed Diplôme de technicien (DT) is preferred. It is also important that you have a VCA-full certificate.
